Sommelier Sharon Sevrens, Proprietor of Amanti Vino, will take you around the world of wine.  In the class, students will sample wines from six of the top wine producing countries of the world including: France, Italy, Spain, the USA, Argentina and Germany.  She will teach you how to assess a wine, how to read a wine list, why some wines are $10 and others are $100 and other fun wine facts.
