This is an introductory meditation course drawing techniques and principles from various traditions to help students build a personalized meditation practice.  Following opening remarks and introducing new concepts, students will be guided into and out of meditation exercises in each session.  Throughout the course, the length of the mediations will increase as students' confidence and comfort level progress accordingly.
