This program is designed for people just starting a walking/running routine for the first time, restarting after a winter hiatus and those who want to run faster or longer. In 8 weeks, meeting twice a week, our fun, unintimidating program will help you walk, walk-run or run across the mid June finish line at the Fitzgerald 5k Lager Run.
