ClassGraphic This class uses taekwon-do movements and concepts to strengthen and increase flexibility and conditioning. Classes will also work on balance and mental focus from the comfort of your home or other private space.  Students should wear something to work up a sweat, with clothing that is comfortable to sit and stretch as well as kick and punch. Classes are done barefoot so no shoes are required. No martial arts experience necessary.
