ClassGraphic Everyone knows we need to plan for our care in later life, but how do we go about it?  This course examines the vital documents that everyone over 18 should have - General Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy, and a Last Will, and the need to update those documents as we age.  Next, we will focus on long-term care insurance, and asset protection planning to qualify for Medicaid or the VA as well as guardianship and the associated costs.  Adult children and proxies can gain helpful insight from this class.
