ClassGraphic Discover the art of working on the potter’s wheel in this hands-on 6-week introductory course. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine basic skills, this class offers a welcoming environment to explore the fundamentals of working with clay on the wheel.

You’ll learn the essential techniques of centering, pulling, shaping, and trimming clay to create functional forms like bowls and cups. As the course progresses, you’ll be introduced to glazing methods and the firing process, transforming your pieces into finished, food-safe ceramics. By the end of the session, you’ll have several unique, handmade pieces to take home and enjoy.

All clay, glaze, firings and tools are included.

For the first class, bring an apron or work clothes, sketchbook, writing implement and your curiosity!
