Join us for three fast and furious afternoons of jewelry basics. We'll look at commercially made findings and how they work, and then we'll make our own. We'll see what makes a design wearable or not, and how to make a good design even better. Tools, beads, wire and lots more come under scrutiny. This class is for beginners and those who want to push their jewelry work into new realms. The more you make, the more you'll learn, so expect homework. Students must purchase approximately $30 of materials to bring to the first class: round nose pliers, chain nose pliers, flush or semi-flush cutter, 20-gauge wire and a handful of beads. See details in Special Notice.
Note: The sessions will be held on August 3, 4, and 6th.
No session on Wednesday, August 5th.
